Registration fee & Admission fee: This fee is non-refundable and is deposited along with the registration form. Admission fee is also non-refundable and to be deposited at the time of admission once the admission is confirmed.

Security deposit: This is refundable and interest-free. It is charged at the time of admission and is adjusted or refunded once the girl student finally leaves the school.

Imprest deposit: The School will meet certain expenses on behalf of the students. For this purpose, parents are required to maintain an advance amount as an Imprest Deposit with the School. This deposit must be topped up at the end of each term or whenever requested by the School, especially if the balance falls below INR 15,000.

The deposit will be used to cover expenses such as books, stationery, art and activity materials, school photographs and publications, career counselling, workshops, exchange programmes, events, MUN, house activities, pocket money, toiletries, communication charges, birthdays, laundry and salon services, outings and picnics, medical expenses (including insurance, treatment, hospitalisation, and vaccinations if any), transport, escorted travel, tours and treks, replacement of uniforms, bedding, or other school-related items and services. All such costs will be adjusted against the Imprest Deposit.

PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

Term-wise fee invoices are issued in the month of January and July, 2 months before the start of each academic term.

Fees must be paid by the due date for the Summer Term and the Winter Term each year.

  • 20 th January – Summer Term
  • 20 th July – Winter Term

As per the School’s Terms and Conditions, interest at 15% per annum will be charged on all late payments from the due date until the payment is received.

The School reserves the right to suspend services if fees are not paid on time.

BANK PAYMENT

Payment can be made by direct bank transfer to the School bank account detailed on your invoice. Please ensure that you include your daughter’s name and admission number on your payment to ensure we allocate your payment to your account correctly. If you are making payments to School from overseas accounts, please ensure that you have covered all bank charges associated with making the payments. The School Bank details are as follows:

DEMAND DRAFT

The fees can also be deposited to the school by Demand Draft in favour of Pushpa Devi Memorial Society, payable at Dehradun. Please ensure that you include your daughter’s name and admission number on the reverse of the Demand Draft to ensure we allocate your payment to your account correctly.

CASH & CHEQUE

We are unable to accept any payment in cash or by cheque.

INFIRMARY

This covers routine check-ups. Specialist and out-of-school treatment is charged extra as per the actual cost.

JOINING KIT CHARGES

This is non-refundable and covers school uniforms and accessories.

TERM FEE

The fees cover the term time provision of tuition, co-curricular activities, boarding, lodging, and laundry (excluding dry cleaning).

  • Once the student has been accepted for admission, all payments are to be made immediately.
  • The school reserves the right to review the fees yearly, and the same shall be applicable to all students.
  • The submission of a completed “Application for Admission” form does not guarantee admission.
