Recreation

The main bonding time between the staff and students happen when they are outside the classrooms, enjoying themselves in an informal environment. The girls and staff enjoy going out together on mid – term and day trips. These trips are a great opportunity for the girls and staff to get to know each other and understand what the individuals are like when allowed to be on their own. The girls have to rough it out, often living in tents or forest bungalows. They love the sense of freedom, excitement, and adventure that the outdoors have to offer.

They have tried their hands at rock - climbing, trekking and river rafting on numerous occasions. They have enjoyed staying in the jungles and going for jeep safaris. Mid-terms are thoughtfully planned to build their stamina and teach them how to learn from nature and also explore the beauty and healing effect of nature.
